This consultancy is currently looking to recruit a multi-skilled and professional Asbestos Admin/Coordinator based in the Leeds area. The ideal applicant will come from an asbestos coordinator background with relevant and valid experience completing administrative duties such as producing and analysing asbestos reports, dealing with RAMS and diarising asbestos works. The ideal applicant will also be experienced in overseeing and organising site staff and supporting senior management. Applications from Huddersfield, Selby, Barnsley, Harrogate, and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & experience: Must have a good formal education. Experience of working in an administration / Coordinator role within the asbestos industry. Have hands on experience dealing with RAMS. Confident in booking and scheduling of site staff. Diary management. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package. Accurate data entry skills. Key Role: Providing administrative services to the management team and staff. Providing effective control of the company's documents and ensuring compliance. Collating RAMS. Supporting senior management. Scheduling of site staff. Diarising asbestos works. Liaise with clients/customers. Enter data and upload reports and documents using the company's database.
