Overview
Prospero are currently supporting a provider of adult social care with the recruitment of a care home manager for one of their services. The care home manager will be either an experienced manager who is comfortable in managing a large care service. The care home manager will need to have excellent knowledge around CQC compliance and maintaining good standards. The care home manager will have experience and a genuine interest in working with Elderly individuals with Dementia and have a good track record. This is an excellent company to work for, with great feedback from staff. They are a not for profit organisation and focus on the care of all of their clients and staff members in the UK. The group are renowned for providing luxury and bespoke care for which they have won several awards.
