Overview
Salary between £45,000 - £50,000 plus £5k car allowance We are recruiting for a Care Regulation & Quality Lead (Care Home) to join our Quality and Governance Team. Our dynamic, specialised quality team provide quality assurance controls and support to our 33 care and nursing homes located in South London, Essex, Cambridge and Milton Keynes. About you: You will have worked as a CQC inspector with a minimum of one year experience You will have outstanding CQC legislation knowledge including KLOE’s and regulations within adult social care at management level Must have a driving licence, and own car and be willing to travel (Expenses are reimbursed) Experience in Nursing/Care Home setting Coaching and supporting staff and their teams where improvements / action plans are required Performing deep root analysis of critical events Ability to liaise with external monitoring regulatory bodies Benefits: 25 Days holiday Refer a Friend Scheme rewarding up to £600 for every person you refer (https://en-GB/page/employee-refer) DBS Certificate paid for by Excelcare Contributory Pension Scheme Annual Salary Review If you are interested in this position and have experience as a CQC inspector then apply online today
