Overview
Are you a passionate and inspirational leader? Do you have what it takes to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people? If so, we are looking for an outstanding Registered Manager to open a new Children's Home located in Birmingham on behalf of a child focussed organisation who aim to create an outstanding and positive environment for vulnerable and young children in their care and firmly believe that staff are central to helping achieve this. You will be working within a brand new Children's Home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Working as a Registered Manager, y ou will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Children's Home including providing professional support, guidance and supervision to the staff team. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Requirements: Recent experience working either as a Registered Manager or as a Deputy Manager of a Children's Home.
