Overview

Pixel Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to join clients Youth Offending Team based in Cardiff, Wales. Excellent rates on offer up to £370 per day. This is a full time role based on 37 hours a week. The post holder will have responsibility for Quality assurance within YOS. They will have extensive case audit experience and experience in raising practice standards and building on good practice. A programme of audits are required including Asset Assessment, Risk Management Plans and robust multi-agency working. The post holder needs to have an understanding of the YOS prevention agenda and statutory interventions. The post holder will have experience in understanding emerging issues such as criminal exploitation and youth violence. The post holder will need to be able to work alongside practitioners, management team and the YOS information officer in a collaborate, strengths based way. The desirable candidate will have working knowledge of: • AssetPlus • Multi-Disciplinary Context with Stakeholders in a YOS Setting • Supporting practice of Improvement and feeding into service development plans Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Children Services/ Youth Offending Social Worker qualification at degree level or equivalent Eligibility to work in the UK Registered social worker with the SW England Benefits of working with Pixel : Your own dedicated & experienced consultant Free on-going training opportunities upon registering as part of our commitment to you.
