Overview
Do you have experience of developing training systems and processes from scratch ? If so, we are looking for a Training Specialist to support a green energy retailer in developing their staff and as a consequence, ensuring a first-rate journey for their customers. You will be responsible for onboarding new member of the team, as well as ensuring all existing staff have the right technical, system and soft skills required to do the job. Sound interesting? Key responsibilities: Through effective technical training (industry and system training) and soft skill upskilling (e.g. problem solving), you’ll develop all staff in order to deliver for their customers. As the companies propositions build and clean technology advances, it’s important all staff have the right technical knowledge and learning resources available to support customers. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the right information is provided and learning resources are available when Work alongside teams to develop 6-monthly training plans and own the delivery of these. Track training to ensure measurable benefit to customers and the service they Keep materials up to date, so customers receive correct information whenever they need it. Skills and experience required: Previous experience within a technical learning and development role. Previous experience of developing systems/process content from scratch - using eLearning and blended learning solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication A strong commitment to self-managing and working as a Excellent facilitation and presentation IT literate and confident learning new systems. Experience of developing training around processes/process documents. Knowledge and/or experience of energy or utility industry would be Professional Training qualification or equivalent would be helpful.
