The Job It's a busy mix of managing different priorities. No two days are the same and you can get out to meet lots of people and understand businesses. Putting people in to jobs they love, finding companies and candidates that fit together naturally. Working hard to build long term relationships and create a network of first class candidates and clients through face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, networking events and candidate interviews. Developing new business and managing a portfolio of existing clients and candidates. Managing clients recruitment needs including negotiating offers and closing deals.
