Overview

You enjoy being busy, working within a team environment & taking an agile approach to your day-to-day tasks. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, tracking income & expenses, create reports & monitor financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include; • Telephone customer service with Suppliers • Distributing invoices & follow up invoice approvals • Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries • Accessing & interpreting data from database • Checking, chasing and obtaining authorisation of invoices • Log incoming invoices, data entry & general filing • Assisting with Financial Controller with month end tasks To be a success in this role you’ll need; • Ideally an AAT studier or Finance graduate • Good telephone manner & a team player • Good time management & organisation skills • Self motivated • Good Excel skills • Ideally have experience with SAGE If this sounds interesting, please call me or please click apply
