Software Trainer (Payroll)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trainer to join our training team. You will provide a consultative approach to delivering informative training and support on all aspects of our Payroll software. This role will involve training customers on a remote basis from the Wigam office. Some of the main accountabilities will include: Creating and delivering training courses and identify continuous improvements Delivering training vis Webinars Consult with customers and ensure you clearly understand their requirements to tailor the course accordingly Assisting with building and uploading data in to the system, creating user guides and establishing processes Occasionally you will be required to present or demo at our users groups or as part of the pre sales process What are we looking for? A history of working in a training role, preferably in a Payroll environment Customer focussed with the ability to maintain strong relationships with our client base and colleagues A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative Presentable and confident when meeting and speaking in front of groups of people Excellent communication skills to explain clearly how our software works An imaginative approach to creating and delivering training courses A self starter, with the ability to quickly learn new skills First class organisational skills Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Advanced Excel is desirable Experience of processing payroll / dealing with payroll queries, exposure to HR and Payroll legislation and understanding of basic SQL is desirable but not essential What's in it for you?
