Occupational Health Advisor - Farnborough Up to 38,000 pa (pro rata) The Company: Our clients Healthcare Company is one of the UKs leading providers of occupational health services. Our Clients team brings together many of the UKs finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines. The Role: I am currently looking for an experienced OHA to join an OH team based in Farnborough. This is a part time position where the successful individual will work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days. We can be quite flexible as to when these days are worked. These hours will be worked between 8.00am-4.30pm. The individual will work autonomously on site with remote support to help bring success to this contract. The role breakdown is 75% case management and health surveillance and 25% health promotion. Occasionally other sites nearby may require DSE assessments also. You will provide expert, evidence based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice. You should be proficient in the provision of: Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Drug and Alcohol screening, Case Management and Fitness for role assessment. 25 Days Holiday (pro rata), Health Cash Plan, Perkbox You will be an RGN and be registered on NMC Part and have a Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health.
