Overview
A small planning consultancy are seeking a forward thinking and ambitious Urban Designer / Urban Planner to join their team in North Wales. This consultancy offer a range of planning services in residential, commercial and energy projects and are looking for an individual to bring their Urban Design / Planning projects in-house. As Urban Designer / Urban Planner you will be working alongside an experienced and dedicated Town Planning team working on large scale projects and development projects across a wide range of sectors including; residential, commercial, industrial, agriculture and energy. You will be involved in all aspect of projects from beginning through to completion leading the Urban Design / Urban Planning side of the business forward utilising your knowledge and experience of the industry. This role is suited to a self-motivated individual passionate about the Urban Design and Urban Planning industry. This role can offer the successful individual the opportunity to lead a department forwarding working autonomously but with support available if needed and progression opportunities.
