Your new role A great opportunity has arisen for a Team admin officer to join the Care Broker and Contracts Team on a part time ( 18.5 hours ) and permanent basis. As a Team admin officer, you will provide administrative support and undertake general administrative duties as required using various computer systems / IT packages. You will be scheduling meetings and events, managing diaries and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place i.e. agenda, venue, equipment and administration arrangements, etc. This role is heavily reliant on minute taking so it is vital that you are proficient in minute taking. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have fast, accurate minute-taking skill as your application will not be progressed otherwise. You need to have an excellent telephone manner, great attention to detail and good organisational and interpersonal skills. You need to be able to work on your own initiative, be proficient in diary management and proficient in the use of various Microsoft packages. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to communicate effectively across all levels and be able to work to deadlines, establish good relationships with clients, customers and staff and be responsible for accurate and timely data input.
