Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a well-recognized company that offer full training and support. Working in a "family feel" team and environment. Your main objectives in this role will be to accurately process orders as well as working with customers to provide a good level of service. This will work alongside your accountancy duties in purchase ledger, reconciliations and credit control. This position will be working Monday to Friday on a full time basis, there is free on-site company parking available. Duties and responsibilities: Processing sales orders from customers through to dispatching from our warehouse Purchase ledger and credit control Processing sales invoices Bank Reconciliations General Administration and assisting the team where necessary Answering phone calls, liaising with customers both over the phone & via email to resolve any queries, complaints or product enquiries Processing employee expenses & credit card bills Daily admin/post & dispatching spare parts to customers The candidate: Will have experience of Sales Order Processing and perhaps also worked in an accounts/finance administrator role. Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment Strong communication skills with the confident to deal with people at all levels Confident and professional in your approach Good knowledge of Excel and Word (intermediate) Hours and Benefits: 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday, Friday 4.30pm) 21 days holiday Onsite parking Pension scheme Competitive Salary Looking for the next step in your career?
