Overview
We are looking for an Administrator to join our client in Amesbury. It is a FTC for 6 months and the salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience you have to offer. It is in the Purchasing Team so will involve all daily administration of purchasing, and to accurately and efficiently carry out specific admin duties as required within the department. Duties will include: Accurate, efficient and timely placement of supplier orders Accurately assess order requirements and interpret standard reports based on knowledge of company products, production/sales orders and stock levels. Ensuring all supplier orders are accurately received, by checking order confirmations and in their absence contact suppliers direct Ensuring databases are kept up to date with all necessary records and all documents are appropriately filed and/or copied onto databases Proactively chase suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time contacting late suppliers to chase up deliveries Ideally, we need to you be/have: Confident in using computer software systems for example Microsoft office, Sage Good communication skills with colleagues and suppliers either over the phone or email Good attention to detail Conscientious team player, who achieves objectives and tasks set in a timely manner There is free parking and early finish Friday Just hit the apply button to forward over your CV for the Actuarial Analystrole.
