Overview
Site Manager - Derby An extremely forward-thinking developer that specialise in luxury 5-Star modular builds, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them in their exciting new growth at their head offices in Derby. The successful Site Manager will be joining a new, up and coming developer that look to become the face of luxury modular housing. With an investment of £80m from a leading investment banking group, this developer has set sights of going from 400 employees to 2800 by 2025. The Site Manager’s role The Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the construction of these modular homes in their state-of-the-art warehouse in Derby. The responsibilities of the Site Manager would include the supervision of the entire site ensuring all process are running smoothly, health and safety is maintained, and the finishing of the modular builds are up to 5-Star standard. The Site Manager The successful Site Manager ideally should have experience working for high spec residential developers already, ideally looking for an interesting and exciting change in direction to your standard PLC developments.
