Overview
Our client, a successful and expanding company based in Coleshill are looking to recruit Customer Complaints Advisor on a permanent basis. Duties to include but are not limited to: Handling complex complaints Investigating complaints from conception to resolution Listening in on calls Looking into correspondence Liaising with stakeholders and 3rd parties Liaising with Head offices in order to resolve complaints and obtain facts Discussing issues with customers on the telephone Sending detailed response Key Skills: Previous customer service/complaints experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Effective time management, organised, able to manage a busy workload Ability to work in a target driven environment Must have own Transport Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:30 Salary: £ 21,500 Please forward your CV if you feel you have the necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
