Overview

Our highly regarded Sevenoaks based client is currently seeking a Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join their hardworking and professional team. As an adaptable self-starter, this role will see the successful applicant utilise their extensive knowledge of payroll to complete a range of tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the department. Key skills and responsibilities: Payroll SPP SSP Maintaining payroll management/reports/time timesheets 3 X Pension schemes Handling queries and issues Pension updates - monthly/yearly and general updates Project work ITR/EPS Pension change 23% Updating pay rises Highly organised Deal with complex payroll for over 533 people Timesheets x 50 people After an agreed timescale, assisting with HR and additional accounts duties Successful applicants will be both calm and exceptionally organised, working well within a busy and pressurised environment. Knowledge of TPS (teachers’ pension scheme) and LGPS (local government pension scheme) would be advantageous, as would an understanding of end of year, ideally from within a school environment.
