Senior Sous Chef – Hotel - up to £32,000 – Dorchester – Dorset - Rosette Paramount Personnel are urgently seeking a Sous Chef for this great hotel near Dorchester who are offering the following: Up to £32,000 Live in available Immediate start 5 out of 7 days 28 Holiday days The successful Sous Chef will be expected to support a working environment which promotes a positive attitude, pride and good moral whilst ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation. As Sous Chef you will form part of a brigade of 5 chefs who provide for all hotel outlets as well as a variety of functions. You will receive an annual salary up to £32,000 as well as generous company benefits. Those not wanting to live in will need their own transport.
