Financial services administrator Manchester city centre Up to £25000 Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5 I am representing a client who is looking for an administrator from the advice sector of financial services to join there 'valued' focused team. Duties: Ensure accurate client information is recorded and uploaded on the system correctly Ensuring client profiles and documents are completed accurately Closely liaise with Financial advisers Support for annual review preparation, processing and completion Client on-boarding and new business advice Prepare support documents Handle client queries Processing and progressing outcomes of recommendations All documents are kept up to date Prepare forms Clients communication Keep up to date with financial products and services General administration - filling, photocopying Prepare new client packs Ad hoc duties Skills: Organisational skills Time management Working to deadlines Attention to detail Communication skills Process driven Team player Take ownership and responsibility Financial services - Advice experience essential IO system knowledge Computer literate Desirable CISI Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Health care plan Pension Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
