Locum Team Manager - Children With Disabilities

Worcestershire County Council are looking for a Locum Team Manager to manage the Children's Disability Team based in Worcester. You will be managing a team of specialist Social Workers who work with and support children and young adults with disabilities. What's on offer Pay rate of £39.07 per hour Supportive team environment Contract of at least 6 months A dedicated CHA Consultant to aid you through the interview and job onboarding process Job Responsibilities As the Locum Team Manager, you will exercise delegated decision making so that children and young people are safeguarded, and staff have confidence in their decisions You will Monitor data and information on team performance and take action to remedy any concerns about the quality or quantity of work undertaken You will be working with vulnerable children, young people and adults. This can, at times, be emotionally challenging for which appropriate support will be provided through management supervision. You will need to be able to deal with such mental demands.
