Overview

Full Stack Developer (C# .Net) Summary FPSG are currently recruiting for an exciting Global FinTech organisation who are setting up a new centre of excellence in Edinburgh. One of their key initial team will be a Full Stack Microsoft Developer who can demonstrate the coding and development expertise to help to define and maintain the current and future banking and financial services solutions. You will be aligned with one of the company's agile product and development teams, working together with Product Owners, Software Developers and QA to realise the product roadmap as well as provide product support through bug fixes. This is a truly unique opportunity to join at the beginning, in effect a start-up where the credentials for success are already in place. As a Full Stack Developer your responsibilities will include: Writing and maintaining high quality code (C# / .NET / Full Stack) Contributing to your team's product roadmap Following and enforcing software best practise and processes Delivering innovative solutions across the full development life cycle Continually enhancing and building a deep knowledge of the product suite Selecting, using and improving a broad modern technology stack. To be successful in the post, your experience will include: A minimum of 4 years in a professional development / software engineering role, where you have demonstrated the ability to take ownership of the entire life cycle of a sprint task from development and testing through to deployment Throughout your career you will be able to demonstrate successful projects using: C# & .NET Framework ASP.NET MVC Web API JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React Backend - nodeJS, expressjs, request SQL Server Software Design Patterns Solid Design Principles Object Oriented Programming Experience working within an agile development environment Mobile understanding desireable - iOS, Android, ReactNative Reward Without doubt FinTech is an exciting career path, this organisation take this desirable opportunity and improve it.
