Overview
An opportunity has arisen here at Northover & Williamson for an administrator / negotiator in sales and lettings. We are looking for somebody who is used to working in a busy environment - experience within the sales and lettings industry is essential. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the office, answering calls and dealing with clientele, booking appointments, viewings, progression, and provide assistance to senior members of the team. Requirements: Strong administration experience Must be confident Excellent attention to detail, telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills Will be able to prioritise workload and have the ability to multi-task Must be punctual, hardworking and professional at all times Must hold a valid UK Driving License and own a car This is a full time position, hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm Salary amount will be dependent on experience etc. Additional earnings can be obtained.
