Mobile M&E Engineer – Electrical bias Covering Swindon & Bristol Permanent £34,000 basic Vehicle and Fuel Card A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a facilities services’ provider who are always keen to develop and push their engineers by providing them with maximum amounts of training creating the opportunity to progress. The company has seen considerable growth in the last five years and is currently acquiring new contracts which is allowing for the expansion and progression in teams. As a Mobile M&E Engineer you will be working across Swindon and Bristol on M&E based equipment such as AHU’s & FCU’s, VAVs as well as carrying out electrical works such as lighting and power systems. The types of buildings are critical within very high-profile and sensitive environments. Duties include, but not limited to; · Planned & Reactive maintenance (PPM Schedules Emergency repairs) · Electrical Maintenance; · Emergency lighting · Fire alarm/Sprinkler testing · AHU/FCU maintenance · AC Unit maintenance; VAV’s · Pump & Motor maintenance · Generator checks · Fault finding · PAT Testing · Remedial works Qualifications/Experience required: · Relevant experience of HVAC Maintenance · C&G/NVQ core qualification in Electrical Installation · Fault finding · Carry out remedial if required · IT Skills · Provide concise reports to line management and Service Desk where necessary · Ensure regular communication with service coordinators, supervisors, contract managers and where necessary client representatives at all times.
