Job Description This role would suit somebody looking for part time work (3-4 days per week), but with the ability to occasionally extend to full time to cover staff holidays. The ideal candidate should be proficient with routine IT tasks, e.g. web, email, spreadsheets etc. The candidate should be confident communicating in writing and over the phone with the view to helping individuals register their company and setup for UK taxes. Candidates should have a background in customer support, be highly organised, professional and thrive individually as well as part of a team. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following tasks. Required training will be provided in each case. To respond to customer emails relating to the process of forming a UK Limited Company. To assist customers filing changes to their company (e.g. appointing a director or filing a Confirmation Statement). To assist customers with the process of registering for taxes such as VAT. To oversee applications via our web-based customer management system. Requirements Minimum of 2 years relevant Customer Service work experience. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritise and multitask Fluent with web-based customer management systems and email. Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail Willingness to gain a deeper understanding of the company registration process and secretarial procedures.
