Overview
Credit Controller: Part Time Flexible hours 20-30 hpw £21k (pro-rata) Exeter Ref: 13661 My client, multi-site employer, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident Credit Controller, to join them on a permanent basis at their office based on the outskirts of Exeter. Reporting directly to senior management, you will provide a timely and professional service, recovering money owed to the business within set payment terms. Your tasks and duties as a Credit Controller include: · Collection of consumer debts. · Liaising with debt collection companies if needed. · Building rapport through regular customer service. · Cash receipts and maintaining cash receipt reports. · Making adjustments (debit/credit journals) on accounting system. · Resolving chargeback debts with financial institutions (banks, credit card issuers) Personal qualities: · Experience of working in a similar position. · Confident phone manner is essential. · Ability to cope with pressure. · Must be able to work as part of a team. · Must be focused and dedicated. · Strong work ethic. · Excellent written communication skills.
