Overview
Haringey Council are looking for 3 reviewing officers to join the review team in a project role. The successful Reviewing officer must be willing to visit both clients home as well as residential and nursing homes, ensure case note recording are kept up to date. Main Duties To undertake person centred reviews for service users and their carer’s in line with the Care Act 2014. To effectively manage workload against performance management targets to ensure productivity and quality of work. To maximise the independence of those that are reviewed and effectively implement preventative interventions and ensure a strengths based approach is central to the review process. To work positively and collaboratively with partner organisations including health, voluntary sector, housing, children services etc. The start date for this project is 9th of March 2020 and will be for a 3 month contract initially.
