Overview

We provide bespoke customer service solutions across a range of exciting and high-growth D2C e-commerce businesses. We're based in Hoxton, have a friendly and relaxed approach to work and dress code. Free office dog provided on-site Nothing is standard or pre-scripted with us. We engage individually with each client to give a personal, warm and unique response to every customer we support. We need team members who can deal with inbound and outbound calls, emails and potentially chats, plus help with social media inquiries across Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. You'll need at least 2 yrs experience of working in customer service. We can be flexible on hours of support but we operate across Monday through Saturday 0800-2000. Potential for some home working, dependent on experience and location but we need ideally people who come to work in our brand new office next to Hoxton station and within 10 mins walk of Shoreditch Overground. You must be skilled in using Google Apps inc. Docs or Sheets or Microsoft equivalent. Experience in using Zendesk is a massive plus, or other ticket-based customer management platforms considered too. This is an advisor level role, with significant potential to grow quickly and take on additional responsibilities but we don't need a supervisor or team leaders just yet.
