Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for temporary work to start as soon as possible? Do you have experience supporting senior-level executives and managing diaries across multiple time zones? If so, read on as this could be the next role for you A world-leading Private Equity firm based in the heart of London are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support three Managing Partners on a temporary basis. Your duties may include: Diary management and coordinating events - room bookings, organising meetings, creating itineraries, liaising with other high-profile clients and their EA’s. Travel arrangements for the senior partners and colleagues - accommodation, flights, taxis, other necessary reservations. Reception desk - greeting clients, answering incoming calls and emails, general office maintenance. Ad-hoc administrative duties - document handling, filing, organising PowerPoint presentations, dealing with incoming correspondence. Who we are looking for: Experienced, professional EA in the private/corporate sector Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and telephone manner Able to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met in a pressurized environment Confident in their ability as an EA to work autonomously If this sounds like a role that would interest you, please apply today
