Position: Branch Manager Location: Poole / Bournemouth Sectors: Automotive / Management / Customer Service / Sales Job Status: Permanent The Company With over 100 UK branches and 800 technicians nationwide, our client along with its network partners is one of the UK's leading automotive repair businesses within their specialist field, within both the UK and European markets. The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for an experienced man-manager to join this professional business. There is a definite opportunity for the successful individual to have a positive impact in this branch and to develop a long-standing career within this organisation. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for all business operations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis within their designated branch. Duties include: Customer Service: Face to face, telephone and electronic communication when dealing with customer’s needs. People Management: Managing a small team of office based Customer Service Agents and up to 5 regional field / branch based Technicians. Training and staff development. Sales and Targets: Meeting and exceeding all company targets / KPI's Branch Management: General administration, cash management, branch security, stock control. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years customer service management experience Be 'Hands on' team player that leads by example. Have excellent customer service skills and have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience Have the ability to motivate, support and lead their team. Good verbal and written communication skills inc. PC skills (MS Office) A full clean UK driving license Flexible and adaptable approach in order to meet the needs of the business. Have a willingness to go that 'extra mile'. Self-motivation. Working Hours: 08.30 - 5.30pm Mon- Fri Saturday 08.30 - 1.00pm The Package: Salary: £28k-£32k DOE bonus company vehicle (OTE £36k) Company training and induction program will be provided.
