As a Customer Services Adviser within their small team, you’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy. Providing exceptional administrative support, you’ll handle enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin, with a 'can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment. You will be self-motivated, driven and ready promote the business at every turn to achieve the businesses goals as well as your individual targets and relish the challenge to help drive the growth of a truly customer focused business, so just as important as your experience will be your attitude and focus on being successful in your career, and a genuine desire to achieve the best possible customer outcome every time The ideal for this role would be someone with at least 1 years insurance experience, but also considered will be those with customer service experience gained in Banking, Financial Services or another office environment, who want to develop themselves in the insurance sector. This is a truly fabulous opportunity to kick start your career with a great employer who offer a warm and friendly working environment, working within a close-knit team of 5 Contracted office hours are 9am to 5:30pm, although in reality the staff tend to work 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Starting salary on offer is £17-20,000.
