Product Manager - Legal Software Integration (SaaS) Growing business with growth opportunity London Waterloo location Award winning, industry leading tech firm £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience Our client is an exciting global software company with offices based in London, Surrey, New York and Australia. We are currently expanding the London Waterloo team, looking for a Product Manager to work with clients and internal software development and management teams to effectively integrate client side products/solutions. The role is responsible for supporting new and existing product offerings, system integration and delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to grow into a full product rollout position, taking on more responsibility in time to eventually become a subject matter expert within the product team. As Product Manager you will be:- Taking ownership of current and new product offerings - delivery, testing, integration, roll-out Working with stakeholders, Development teams as well as supporting Account Managers and Business Development Managers internally. Link communication internally with management teams. Product improvement - data analysis, client feed back, sales review, performance Supporting help desk integration problem solving. Training delivery for client sites nationally. Key strengths:- Communications over various streams of comms Problem solving Data analysis and reporting feedback Time management Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment Preferable experience:- Product / Project Management Legal sector Technical Savvy Private client background, Account Management Client integration experience CMS user who is tech savvy interested in CMS project delivery Would suit paralegal or conveyancing professional intrigued by innovation in software delivery client side
