As well as the bespoke programme, you will also be paired with a senior Recruitment Consultant who will be your mentor from day one - always on hand for any questions or advice. As well as all the above, you will also be offered generous starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 a year, combined with uncapped commission which can see you earn up to £35 ,000 in your first year.
