Overview
Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join an established team that is currently expanding. The job is based in Colchester and will provide financial support for professional accountancy study. This role will enable you to take full responsibility for production of multiple management accounting packs to deadline, with accuracy and financial analysis reporting. Duties will include: • Preparation of multiple monthly management accounting packs • Preparing month end profit and loss • Reporting on deferred income, payments, accruals and prepayments • Balance sheet reconciliations • Variance analysis and reporting • Assisting in year-end accounts preparation for audit • Annual reporting on fixed assets in conjunction with property • Preparing month end reports for further analysis You will need to have strong Excel skills, have good communication skills to liaise with multiple, non-finance budget holders and have a practical, commercial approach.
