This award-winning gastro pub is run by a talented Chef Proprietor where they source as much as they can from local suppliers and only the freshest, seasonal produce is used to create their modern British Cuisine. Our client is looking for a personality to host the Front of House, be hands on, leading by example, an efficient team manager. You will be experienced in running the day to day aspects of both the bar and restaurant to include the administration and staff. They have expanded the business to include letting rooms in this rural idyll. Working 45hrs a week over 5 days, the salary offered is up to £30,000 generous tips.
