As the Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, enhancing and delivering functionally rich changes to our platform whilst providing excellent customer service to support the needs of the business at Teach First. You will join a fast-paced, dynamic and growing organisation that puts people at the heart of its values. Are you a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II? Are you proficient in Apex and VisualForce including batch processing, triggers and unit tests? Can you convert business requirements into technical solutions? Do you have an understanding of Salesforce best practices? Do you have advanced knowledge of utilising declarative development tools such as Process Builder, Flows and Approval Rules? Do you have expertise with both Salesforce Classic and the Lightning Experience? Do you have strong communication skills and an aptitude for documenting technical solutions? Do you have knowledge and experience of Salesforce Marketing cloud (and ideally in the Sales and Service Cloud)? Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you. In line with the government’s social distancing guidance this interview be held on a skype video call. Please be aware that ‘Total Pay’ for this role includes a Recruitment Premium of £7,763 per annum. This brings total pay to £50,000. A Recruitment Premium is paid when market pressures prevent us from being able to recruit for a job at the normal salary for a role of that level. As Recruitment Premium payments are not part of an employee’s basic (or normal) pay they are independent from the Annual Salary Review and will not reviewed or uplifted during that process. If there are changes to the labour market conditions or an employee moves role, the premium will be reviewed and may be withdrawn.
