Treasury Finance Analyst Salary: £27,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus annual bonus and excellent benefits package Our client, proud to be a Financial Services success story based in South Manchester. Due to continuing growth, they now have a requirement for a Finance Analyst to join the Divisional Finance team business on a permanent basis. The Senior Finance Analyst role will incorporate both Commercial Finance and Personal Finance divisions with a focus on finance performance. The key to success in this role is to be able to provide insight into the financial results of the divisions to evaluate performance. The Analyst will also be responsible for the execution of new debt facilities and the refinancing of existing facilities. To be considered, you will have a keen interest in developing your career within Treasury and Capital Markets as well as possessing a range of technical analytical skills, ideally within accounting and/or Treasury. They will also successfully work with other teams to provide financial and data support and insight to assist in the decision making process. Whilst consistency across divisions will be sought, the role holder should be able to recognise differences in divisional needs. Key Responsibilities Financial analysis and commentary of the month end results for each division and across specific areas of their P&L and Loan Books. This will include analysis key metrics including NIM, RONE and product yields. Produce required financial analysis for the CEOs monthly review meetings. Produce and develop the monthly Finance reporting packs and work closely with Group Finance on their design and ensure alignment. Improvements to the divisional monthly Cost of Funds reporting, working closely with Group Finance and Treasury. Produce and develop other regular finance reports with analysis and commentary. Responsibility for the colleague incentive schemes ensuring accurate calculation of monthly and quarterly bonus payments and liaison with the Heads of the Sales teams on the required data inputs. Manage the annual tariff of charges calculations process. Ad hoc business partner support. Ad hoc support to other members of the Divisional Finance team.
