Production Operative

An ambitious, forward thinking company in Broadway are searching for Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary – permanent basis. The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 07:30-17:00 with an early finish of 15:00 on Friday's. The company produce several different models of bespoke products for the Automotive industry. The requirements for the successful Production Operative will be: • Previous experience using hand tools • Experience working with electronics • Must be willing to work as part of a team & independently • A keen interest in wood work or DIY • Adaptable and willing to work in different sections of the production area • Good communication • Previous experience working in a production environment This role is a temporary – permanent position which will become permanent upon successful completion of the temporary period. The pay rate for this role is separated into three different bands which is experience based: Band 1: £8.43 Band 2: £8.63 Band 3: £9.04 This company offer 28 days annual leave which will include 8 Bank Holidays, 10 would then be taken during a 2 week shutdown period in August and 3 to be used over Christmas and New Year. Due to the location of this role it is essential that all candidates hold a UK driving licence and their own transport. The company also offer a £1000 per year attendance bonus being paid quarterly for candidates that meets the requirements.
