Overview
Consult Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Business Solutions Manager for a company that provide digital business solutions to farm veterinary clinics, offering support to their clients and its customers. The consultative service they are offering is something that is new into the market, which would be a progressive step forward to assist farm veterinarians with their clients. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing profitable commercial plans to drive growth. This role will report into the Head of Farm Solutions. Key functions: Develop business opportunities to achieve targets and profitable margins Establish partnerships by developing customer relations by understanding their individual needs to support the growth of the company’s product portfolio Research and analyse the market to identify new business opportunities to target key veterinary practices and key accounts Achieve defined KPIs in line with objectives and company strategies Provide relevant training to clients to ensure the correct use of services Provide strong technical assistance with market related knowledge and practice support for company solutions to ensure customer and company goals are met Participate in seminars and clinical meetings in order to identify new business within the specified territory Skills and experience: Prior experience of strategic business development and managing key accounts Achieving sales targets in a similar role Extensive knowledge of the large animal veterinary/farming industries Educational background, including biosciences, veterinary science or similar
