Overview

Our client is currently looking for a HR Reward Analyst, to join the organisation for 3-6 months initially. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR professional to work in a world renowned organisation, based in Exeter. The Successful Human Resources Reward Analyst - Job role responsibilities: · Play a key role in supporting the delivery of the People Strategy through its services · Provide specialist reporting and analytical support to the HR Team · Responsible for the reporting, reconciliation and analysis of HR data internally and externally, including the Gender Pay Report, period People Report/dashboard, in line with stipulated timescales · Support annual pay and bonus modelling & processing. Responsible for bonus calculations. · Support the annual pay review process including modelling, implementation and calculations of payment · Undertake salary range benchmarking and benchmarking of individual roles as and when required, using the established methodology · External data provision for salary and benefit surveys including inputting and analysing data · Responsible for updating and maintaining reward process documentation and where appropriate identifying improvements and streamlining processes · Continuously keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and government policy and share this with colleagues · Contribute to various projects and other HR activities including Job Evaluation as needed The successful HR Reward Analyst should have the following experience (essential) · Proven recent experience working in a Reward Analyst role · Must have strong numeracy and analytical skills · Ability to work autonomously · Able to produce and interpret data and reports · Strong attention to detail · Strong Communication skills · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- with a demonstrable ability to create complex calculations and reports to support pay and associated financial modelling · Problem solver This is an excellent opportunity, to work in a great organisation, ensuring their HR strategies are delivered. Location: Exeter- parking onsite 13-26 week contract from start date- likelihood for extensions INSIDE IR35 contract Umbrella Rate: £374.50 per day (Ltd rates are available on request) Clearance must be obtained prior to starting on site, so it’s essential candidates have lived in the UK for over 5 years. (our client will put you through the SC clearance) Preferably full time 5 days per week but the client will consider flexible working of 3 to 4 days per week (no less than 28 hours).
