About the Year 4 Teacher Role This Year 4 Teacher role involves you taking over a lively Year 4 class which has 30 pupils. Your duties will include using the ample opportunities for CPD to further develop your teaching technique and progress your career. You will be working alongside a Teaching Assistant who will provide full-time support in your classroom. Your classroom will be bright and open with all the latest resources and equipment to help you teach effectively. You will be carrying out this role under the full support of the SLT who are a really welcoming and supportive group of practitioners.
