Overview
An independent, 2 partner firm of accountants based on the outskirts of Lincoln requires both a part time and a full time Semi Senior or Senior Accountant with recent experience gained within Practice. This expanding firm values and retains its staff. It has a reputation for providing high quality services to clients across Lincolnshire. In this role you will: • Review accounts for a range of SMEs • Finalise accounts • Complete Tax Returns for filing online • Prepare detailed covering letter for inclusion with accounts sent to clients • Review or preparation of Bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll • Resolve queries as required for clients and colleagues • Start to finish preparation of accounts from time to time • Assists junior staff and the broader team as required You should: • Have recent experience working for a firm(s) of accountants. • Be committed to a career within Professional Practice. • Enjoy working with a variety of clients, delivering high quality service and contributing to the development of their business. • Be confident in the use of MS Word and Excel. • Be familiar with accounting • Relevant accounting qualification may be an advantage.
