Management Accountant | £30,000 - £40,000 | South Manchester | VC Backed E-commerce-Tech Business Axon Moore is working with an exclusive e-commerce client in South Manchester. Our client is a rapidly scaling SME that has had month-on-month growth for the past few years and has been unaffected by the recent economic climate. They are continuing to expand their business operations over the next few months and now need to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant who can help drive the performance of the business as they grow. This Management Accountant role will have end-to-end responsibility for finance reporting into a talented and highly driven Finance Director who is keen to hire an ambitious accountant who can be mentored into a future business leader. They will get hands on experience with multiple interesting projects in and around the business as they continue to expand, looking at operations, systems, processes and developing useful management information to influence decision making across the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a Finance Manager or Financial Controller as the business and team expands, and from the very beginning they will be able to build effective relationships with non-finance managers from across the business and get coveted exposure to the operational board and investors. The ideal candidate will either be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) but will be open to both industry and practice trained candidates; the main caveat being that the individual demonstrate ambition, sound business judgment and be a great cultural fit for their organization.
