Employment Tax Specialist - Southampton
Overview
Experienced employment tax specialist CTA ACA for leading South Coast tax team, based in Southampton You will be working for one of the South Coast's leading tax teams in Southampton. As an Employment Tax Specialist you will be a member of the Employment Tax group in the South Region, responsible for assisting Managers and Partners in servicing clients, directing Tax services and managing people within the Tax department. You will start to put in to practice business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise. You will need to have substantial previous experience of dealing with a wide range of employment tax issues and have the specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues. Ideally you will have some staff management experience, the ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably and to actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services to existing clients. You will ideally be CTA and/or ACA qualified with some post-qualified experience and be used to dealing with people at all levels, including dealing with client senior management.
