UX Designer - Cardiff - Up to £40,000 Benefits A forward-thinking and award-winning business located in Central Cardiff are looking to increase the capabilities within their design team with a passionate UX Designer. The Role As the UX Designer, you will be responsible for scoping, designing and prototyping new and existing user journeys for apps and websites. Putting the customer first, you will be responsible for building great experiences, optimising UX through proposing, wireframing, prototyping and testing changes to maximise conversion. In this collaborative role, the UX Designer will work closely with the product team, running workshops, communicating ideas and presenting to those of varying technical knowledge and seniority, whilst helping to bridge the gap between design and development. About You The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, excellent communication skills and the ability to thin of the bigger picture. Collaborative in your approach, you'll be able to work closely with developers and the product team, showing a genuine passion for creating industry-leading, user-centred designs.
