Overview
Mail and Parcel Sorting Operative - IMMEDIATE START - Northampton Temporary contract to start ASAP offering competitive rates. We are currently recruiting for Parcel Operatives / Warehouse Operatives for one of our biggest clients based in Northampton. As a part of the team you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting parcels and any other warehouse duties. This is physically active role which requires standing most of the shift as well as lifting parcels up to 20kg. If you are: Able to work different shift patterns including nights Have a good understanding of English Have positive work attitude Punctual and flexible Team Player We would like to hear from you. Main Responsibilities: Picking, packing and sorting based on daily orders Loading and unloading parcels, including lifting up to 20kg Working in different departments based on requirements Meets specific performance targets based on client's orders Assisting with any other daily tasks General housekeeping duties in the warehouse Meeting Health and Safety requirements including COVID-19 distancing Ensure shift start-up checks are carried and make sure work stations are clean at the beginning and at the end of the shift Use common warehouse management software 3 shifts patterns available Morning 06:00 -10:00 Afternoon 14:00 - 22:00 Evening 22:00 -14:00 Benefits: Full training Onsite car park Pension Scheme Paid Annual Leave Submit your CV now to be considered for these great temporary ongoing opportunities.
