We have just implemented a new structure within the team, allowing for additional positions such as this one Proactively contributing to the enhancement of SAP P2P functional capabilities. Working collaboratively with finance and other colleagues to ensure all month-end and year-end requirements are completed in accordance with deadlines, including for internal and external auditors. Managing master data, electronic authorisation workflows (3-way match), invoice processing, failed invoice resolution processes and card solutions. Interacting with senior leadership to share performance updates, identified risks, issues or concerns, and helping drive best practices. In order to be successful, you will demonstrate previous experience in team leadership within an ERP Purchase to Pay, Procurement or Finance Shared Services environment, with a track record of mentoring, coaching, motivating and developing your team. Being approachable, proactive and excellent in how you communicate and engage with all stakeholders in order to drive and deliver P2P process excellence will be key. You will be tenacious, confident and proactive in challenging the accepted view whilst maintaining a positive team approach with finance and university wide colleagues.
