Overview
No previous experience is needed to work as a Production Operative for a modern site which manufactures cakes, desserts and other baked products. Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in Ashford. The rate of pay is £8.72 to £11.60 per hour. You will work 8-hour shifts. Your time at work As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production requirements within our client's manufacturing facility are achieved. Working within a team of production operatives, you'll maintain continuous production within the factory departments to meet and exceed production and efficiency targets. You'll develop an understanding of product specifications and ensure that products are produced to a high quality, dealing with any non-conformance items in a swift manner. You will have at least basic understanding of written and spoken English and numeracy skills. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
