An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and creative Software Engineer to join a leading, cutting edge Artificial Intelligence customer service solutions provider. Due to expansion this direct impact role has arisen. About the company: Providing artificial intelligence solutions to businesses throughout the UK and internationally, the company specialises in: AI virtual agents Language technology Response engines Duties & Responsibilities of the Software Engineer: The Software Engineer will be responsible for creating innovative AI applications Prototyping AI behaviours in multiple domains Adjusting AI behaviours based on feedback and measuring changes on business metrics Developing system behaviour using internal platform, and working closely with product and machine learning teams Increasing coverage and user experience of products Working on automatic tests and A/B experiments to develop data driven products Bringing insights to the conversational AI platform Experience & Skills needed of the Software Engineer: The Software Engineer will be degree educated in Computer Science, with a user centric mindset Experience with programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript etc Strong scripting and debugging experience Ideally experienced with language data processing and conversational behaviour design Understanding of cloud services In return for the Software Engineer: Competitive negotiable salary (£40k Junior- £100k Lead) Flexible working A leading team with the best in the industry Central London offices Incentives and comprehensive benefits 25 days holiday a year and company pension
