Overview
My client based in Middlewich has a small number of vacancies for suitably skilled Line leaders. The roles involve working on a fast paced line, managing a team of up to 12 people, being able to cope well under pressure and liaise directly with department managers. Ideally you will need supervisory experience within a food production or food packing environment, together with good communication skills and good people skills. You must be flexible to work any 4 or 5 days per week, over a 7 day period, up to 12 hours per day during peak period, on a rota pattern. The rota will normally include 1 day at the weekend. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supervisory role. Some permanent roles may be available after qualifying periods.
