Overview

We are looking for a Registered Care/Branch Manager close to the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. This role is also in commutable distance from the Northampton and Kettering areas. This role could be ideal for a Deputy or Senior Care Coordinator in the homecare sector who is looking for the next step, or you could be an experienced Manager who is looking for a new challenge, if so, this could be for you. Your role as Registered Manager You would be leading a brand-new start-up office and would be pivotal in setting the standards. You will be able to put your own stamp on the service and ensure your passion for high-quality care, and the company values, are cascaded from the start. There are exciting opportunities to grow and expand the service so there is huge scope to grow within the role and play a big role in an exciting period of growth. Essential Criteria · You will hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5. · You will have experience in domiciliary/homecare at a Senior/Supervisory level. · It is essential that you have a full driving licence. · Above all, you will be passionate about homecare and about joining a company who make a difference in the community and with aspirations to be the best in the country.
